The Brood Bitch leader, Ch Urheilu-Pennan Pipsa of Toveri, has been in first place for 18 years since 13th December 1985 when she superseded Cullabine Kirrie of Tulchan who had been the leader for 19 years. There is no bitch remotely close to removing Pipsa from first place in the foreseeable future.
There have been two positional changes to the Brood Bitch List in 2003 due to wins by progeny. Ch Toveri Terassi moves from 13th equal place to 8th equal place by increasing her tally to three Champions and one CC winner when Ch Kunniakas Keziah won her crown; Ch Toveri Pirtea from Santasepon enters the list in 23rd equal place when Ch Toveri Tapani at Kachanni won his crown joining Ch Toveri Armaani who won his crown in 2000.
There are over 160 bitches that have whelped champions, therefore the list has been restricted to those with two or more.
